Alpha Testing Agreement
This is a plain-language agreement for the invite-only alpha test. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. Full policies are drafted and with counsel; they will replace this page before AuraClout opens to the public.
What this is. AuraClout is in a private alpha test. You're here by invite, to try the product and tell us what's broken. Things will change, sometimes abruptly.
The ground rules. You must be 18 or older. One account per person. Endorsements must reflect your genuine experience — they can never be bought, sold, or traded. Don't impersonate anyone, and don't post other people's personal information.
Prohibited content. Don't post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or hateful; don't impersonate any person or business; don't post other people's personal information; don't post spam, malware, or links designed to deceive; don't post fabricated, paid, traded, or retaliatory endorsements; don't upload documents that aren't yours — a data export you upload must be your own account's; and only upload project photos you took and have the right to share. Report violations to legal@auraclout.com — reports are reviewed by a person, and violations can lead to content removal or account closure.
Reviews of unusual activity. Automated checks watch for fraud patterns — fake accounts, bought endorsements, coordinated rings. If your account is flagged, it may be paused while a person reviews it: you get an email saying why, and you have 3 days to reply and sort it out with a human. No account is ever deleted without a human decision. We may also use aggregated, de-identified activity data to understand how the alpha is used.
What we owe you. Honesty: the alpha is provided as-is, we don't guarantee any worker listed, and hiring decisions are yours. Your data is handled as the Privacy and Data Retention pages describe, including deletion on request subject to the exceptions they state.
What we can do. We may fix, change, reset, or shut down alpha features at any time, and may close accounts that break the ground rules.
Takedowns and complaints. If content here names you and shouldn't — or breaks these rules — email legal@auraclout.com and we'll review it promptly.
